Pilates X Phone Charm Workshop
Join myself and @Pilateswithabbey in the heart of Liverpool for a Pilates X Phone Charm Workshop. Your morning will begin by immersing yourself into a fun and energising Pilates flow with Abbey. Following the session you will take part in creating your own personalised phone charm, where creativity has no bounds. To end the morning you will engage in a goal setting activity with the opportunity to socialise with like minded women all whilst enjoying your morning snacks.

Our Spring Wellness Morning:
🧘♀️ Pilates: Led by a knowledgeable instructor, this session offers a blend of mindful movement, focused breathing, and precise exercises tailored to the needs of your body. Suitable for beginners and advanced wellness ladies!
📱 Workshop: Step into a world of creativity with our phone charm workshop. We invite you to unleash your artistic side to create your perfect phone charm which will reflect your unique style and personality. The workshop will provide you with all the necessary materials and an array of colourful beads
👭🏼 Goal Setting: Upon returning to your mat Abbey will guide you through a short goal setting activity. This activity will allow you to align your actions with your aspirations, paving the way for success and fulfillment in every aspect of your life. As the morning draws to a close, we invite you to unwind and connect with fellow participants in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere all whilst enjoying your morning snacks and a herbal tea of your choice.
Payment:
The price of the ticket is £50. This can either be made in 2 x £25 payments, one payment will be taken when purchasing your ticket and the second payment will be taken a week before the event (19th May). There is also the option to pay the full amount when purchasing your ticket so please select your desired option from the drop down box.
If cancellation is required please notify us as soon as possible. Partial refunds will only be given up to 4 days prior to the event, however deposit scheme are non-refundable. Please contact myself via email or instagram.
