Lillibet Beads gladly ships all over the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, Russia, China & the Rest of the World.
As we are a small business and all orders are made to order please allow 2-3 working days for your product to be made before shipment notification is received.
Your Lillibet Bead is made by hand in Liverpool. As soon as she’s made and ready to go you will receive a shipping notification.

International shipping
International Shipping : Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out.Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
Lost Packages : If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Returns
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All items are made to order with love and are inspected before sending out. As much as I hope you love your purchase, I appreciate that sometimes this isn’t always the case. However due to our made-to-order approach we do not accept returns. Please note patterns and colours may vary from the photo. We do not offer refunds unless items arrive damaged or not as described. We can offer exchange or credit note if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase.
We are happy to repair most faults. Please email a picture of your damaged accessory to discuss possible options.
We do not cover the postage costs for exchange/repair. We recommend using a recorded delivery service to return your item(s) as you will be responsible for the parcel until it reaches back to us.
Lillibet Beads accepts cancellations if cancelled within 10 hours of ordering. Unfortunately, any later than this, I may be unable to cancel it as it may already be shipped.
